Your Honor, you have before you the task of judging a person of which it is absolutely certain that she committed acts of withcery. Is she the invoked or an invoker? No one knows. What is ensured is that she perpetrated these crimes in company of Maelstron.
Such acts are truly appalling. However, Your Honor, never let us forget that this wretched creature, transfigured by a dreadful grin which is that of the Malignant One, is a creature of God. To give her a small chance to escape from eternal damnation, I thus ask you to burn her in public. Obeying the instructions of the skeptics of the temporal power, we nevertheless will listen without saying who among the shown people is the invoker, and which are the invoked. Perhaps, Your Honor, you will be affected by the testimony of the witch and you will not condemn her to the maximum penalty. I recommend to you to be lenient towards the spirit of the siner, while being severe with his body.

Yo, Don Luxer de Payns Abdeselam, Honorable Juez del Reino de Castilla, tras examinar las leyes que rigen en nuestro territorio, deduzco que:
-El acusado es nivel 1 y debe conocer las leyes que rigen en el Reino de Castilla.
-El acusado no posee antecedentes penales.
-Los acusados se encuentran en el mismo lugar actualmente.
Yo, Don Luxer de Payns Abdeselam, en calidad de Juez del Reino de Castilla, declaro a Don Sirricardo, culpable de Brujería y lo sentencio a ser quemado en la plaza pública (erradicación). Haciendo referencia al artículo 4.5 del Código Procesal del Reino de Castilla se le informa de que esta sentencia es recurrible en un plazo de 10(diez) días ante el Tribunal Supremo de Apelación (TSA).
Sentencia realizada en Osma, el vigésimo noveno día del octavo mes del año MCDLVII de Nuestro Señor por Don Luxer de Payns Abdeselam, Honorable Juez del Reino de Castilla.
El acusado ha sido condenado a la erradicación. |
